These symptoms are most likely caused by several different things as opposed to one single cause. The muschel pain and vomiting, for example, may be caused by a flu virus. This, however, would not cause a blue mark at the temple region.

This sounds to me like a series of different unrelated problems. The thigh and knee pain sounds like some sort of strain, but not seeing these it is difficult to tell. Vomitting could be from food poisining, pain, viral or bacterial. the blue mark on the temple is a vague complaint. I suggest you see your doctor for diagnosis.

It sounds like you took a tumble. If you have a blue mark at the temple, that could be a bruise, and the vomiting is concerning that you could have a concussion. Knee and thigh pain can be caused by the fall. Seeking medical attention is wise.

You need to get to the doctor right away that sounds like a blood clot. Whatever you do even though it hurts still get up and move around often so you don't get the blood clots in your lungs. The doctor will be able to help you out with this right away.
