What is the average leg size?

I mean the circumference of the thigh.

The average is somewhere between 16 and 20 inches. This varies depending on sex and general body size. Obesity will also have an effect on size.

Average for who? You need to be more specific. Average for grown men and average for fashion models are quite different. Average means half are over and half are under.

The average circumference of the human thigh is about 16 to 20 inches. This measurement is taken about halfway between the hip and the knee on the upper part of the leg.
