You need to install some kind of file compression utility like 7zip, PeaZip, WinRAR or WinZIP, and to compress the file using one of them. I personally recommend 7zip or PeaZIP.

File size can be reduced by compressing the file. In Windows operating systems, files can be compressed using a Zip program. 1 or more files and even folder structures can be zipped. Select 1 or more files and right click. Select Send To and then select Compressed (Zipped) Folder.
