I hear that exercise will reduce wrinkles.

Not in most cases. It may reduce wrinkles in areas where the muscles you are exercising grow and expand loose skin, but in general it will not reduce wrinkles.

That is a rumor that has been proven false by many Harvard Scientists. According to the work of Mr. Stan Haberwitz, who recently graduated Harvard with a degree in physical education, his work, specifically aimed at exercise in the aging process, has determined that there is not much to do for wrinkles.

I believe exercise will reduce wrinkles. One of the main benefits of exercise is increased blood blow througout the body. This would bring nutrients to the face increasing elasticity and benefiting collegen production. The loss of collegen is one of the causes of wrinkles.
