I need to reduce septic tank soap scum.

Go to the carpet cleaning section in your grocery store and pick up the de-foamer. It'll fix your problem quickly. Just flush it all and your done.

If you have the normal bacterial action happening the soap scum stays on the top. Don't flush chlorine, paint thinner and pesticides because they interfere with the bacteria growth.
