Draw two hooks facing each other across a line of symmetry. Another method is to draw the letter 'B' on its side with a pointed back.

First you draw a hart shaped oval,do it intuitively. Add on the left side three horizontal lines, those would be tubes for the pulmonary artery, pulmonary vein, and the left atrium. Give those lines tube form. show that they come from the heart.
