On the fuel rail there is a small black cap that resembles a valve cap on your tires. Remove the cap and push in on the stem to release pressure.

Under the hood is a power distribution block with the main relay for the fuel pump. Remove the Relay and start the vehicle, it will try to start (and might start) and shortly die. Crank the motor for a few more seconds and the fuel system will be completely depressurized.

Typically all you have to do to depressurize a injected system is deactivate the pump and run the engine dry. To deactivate the pump either pull the fuse or unhook the connector at the pump. Then run the engine until it dies. That should get rid of most the pressure.
