You will need to check to ensure that the fuel filter is clean and operating. Afterwards check the fuel pump and all electrical connections. Ensure that the fuel injectors are working properly and have the correct pressure. Your O2 sensors should also be clean and operating. Finally check to ensure that the system is not clogged in the plumbing.

If the Truck stopped, first you have to check whether there is the water inserted in the Fuel Filter. and then the Fuel Tank. Once you cleared out water in the same, Truck will be easily started.

The most basic thing to do is to check the fuse and the wiring. If those parts are in good condition you better bring your Chevy to the right electro-mechanic. Problem may be in the CPU or EFI which I'm definite you can't solve by yourself.
