How do you become a college football coach?

I played football throughout highschool and am going to be playing in college, however I would like my carrer path to be so that I can become a coach.

In order to become a coach, you would need to be added to the coaching staff of a college. The easiest rout would be on the staff of a coach that you played for. Also, learn as much as you can about the intricacies of the game as a player.

One path to becoming a college football coach is to become a graduate assistant at a college after your playing days.

You would have to have experience as a coach, usually, as a coordinator on a college team. To become a coordinator, high school coach, or another positional coach would be required.
