Go to any Copier Center, use a standard Scanner to convert the file to electronic format, then use Microsoft Paint to save (save as) in any format you need.

Open the picture in whatever program you're using. After that click File... then Save As, scroll down to where it says Gif, select it and click Save.

First open your working picture in Adobe Photoshop. Click file menu, click save as, click format tab arrow, click CompuServe GIF (*.GIF) and click save from file menu.
