To start playing you just sign up online in a fantasy league. try or , those normally run free. You chould also look into the ratings players get and you have to be attentive to everything, and notice things that happen everyday. It is a pretty time consuming hobby to have.

There are plenty of sports magazines and newspapers that run fantasy baseball leagues. USA Today newspaper is one. They will give instructions on how to play to begining players.
