How do you play salary cap fantasy football?

It's no different than your normal fantasy football league - each person has to pick of a team with usually two players at each position - except in the salary cap fantasy football, each team must stay under the salary cap (each player has a specific salary, and the total of the team can't go over a certain number).

Salary cap fantasy football is literally as it sounds. You assign a salary figure to each player, and then assign a cap figure for each team, and then each team must draft and maintain a team under the cap, while competeing in fantasy football scoring.

I do not know how to actually play fantasy cap fantasy football, but i have heard a lot about it on the radio, so it must be a really fun way to play it.
