The classic baseball movies are of course The Rookie of the the Year, and Angels in the Outfield. But newer movies that were good include The Rookie, and The Perfect Game was great too.

A League Of Their Own is a great baseball film about the women's baseball leagues formed during World War II. The Rookie is also a solid film with a great performance from Dennis Quaid.

There are actually plenty of great baseball movies to choose from. My all time favourite movie is Field of Dreams, another is The Natural. Some other great baseball movies are The Rookie, Bull Durham (which also starred Kevin Costner, who is also in Field of Dreams), and The Lou Gehrig Story.

The best movies related to baseball are Major League, A League of Their Own, The Natural, and Field of Dreams. However, if it is a kid's baseball party, then Angels in the Outfield is a great movie with some redeeming values (even if the graphics are getting old). However, Laurel & Hardy's "Who's on First" sketch is still GREAT!
