Take your dog out after you see him eat or drink. Take the dog out once every hour or so until it gets fully potty trained. STAY OUT THERE with the dog until he does his business.

You need to always have the dog next to you so she can never sneak off and potty in the house. Tether her to you with a leash.

The best way is to keep the dog close to where it need to be trained to go try to tie it up there.

Persistance. Take him outside on a regular basis for example, every 2 hours. Do not give food all day, only once (then remove) and then take him outside.
