To get a bartender to send a women a drink, you just have to pay them, and tip them well (and point out which drink it's going to). Personally, the best way to meet a women in a nightclub is to just be yourself, and that should be being a gentlemen.

You can tip the bartender to find out what the woman has already ordered and then buy another of the same. Then tip the bartender again to deliver the drinks and inform the woman that the drinks are from the handsome gentleman ( you ).
