Depends on the women's profession or what she wants out of showing her cleavage. While I agree with you, it is not necessary.

I think there is a right amount of cleavage that is tasteful and sexy. IF you don't show any, you look conservative and stuffy but if you show too much you look tacky and unsophisticated.

i think women should be able to show a little cleavage, but not so much that their whole boob is "out there". I think women should keep their breasts inside and limit it to just the beginning crease, not to where you almost see it all
