How do I create a JavaScript "open dialog" tag using HTML?

In java script we can't open file. But we can upload the files by the help of HTML tag. Then process with CGI script on the server.

Its not possible to open a file in JavaScript but you can upload a file to the server using the html tag . Insert this tag in a html form and process this form answer with a CGI script on the server.

You will just need a simple script to do this. Try searching for webmaster tips online. There you will find the script and can simply copy and paste it.

In order to create the Java Script on your open dialog section you will need to open the correct file first.
