How can I stop cat urine accidents in the same place?

Steam clean the area. The cat is returning to what it believes is a litter box. You should also sprinkle a mixture of baking soda and crushed bay leaves

Clean the area really well if your cat can smell the urine they will keep using the spot, if it is the only spot they use move the litter box there then slowly move it to where you want it to be. Also maybe a trip to the vet to make sure your cat does not have any medical issues.

You should take your cat to the vet to see if it has health issues. You are probably going to need to replace the flooring otherwise this problem won't stop.

Cat noses are many more times powerful than human noses, so when you clean up urine, chances are your cat can still smell it. There are products in pet stores that break down urine which are effective for preventing repeat accidents.
