The most you can do is become her friend. If she's in a bad relationship you can then be the person she goes to once there are problems. If she's happy in her relationship then you need to give up on this goal. It's not fair to ruin a good relationship. Ultimately, be her friend.

If a girl you like is already in a relationship instead of trying to get her to go out with you, you should probably respect the relationship that she is in. If it is meant to be between the two of you, it will happen on its own. Concentrate on building the friendship between the two of you for now.
