How can I find out if someone stole a picture of mine?

That's actually very tough unless someone has seen him/her doing that. Its like shoplifting. If you get caught with the stuff you are guilty or else you are free. So try searching him red handed.

If they took a picture that was yours online the only way to know for sure is to look on any webpage of theirs, and ask people who know them. If they took something that was not online, you can ask people who know them, if they did report them.

you can check their facebooks or myspace if the picture is stolen online but stolen otherwise make a report to your local police station.
