Fairies are not real, and thus no authentic photographs of them exist. For "real pictures" of fairies to be possible, fairies would need to be real. Since they are not, there are no such pictures, which is why you can only find cartoons.

There are a few pictures online that are of models posing as fairies if that is what you want. For real pictures, you're going to have to consult older, more questionable sources. Try the library and look for "Victorian fairies" or "pictures Ireland legends" and see if you can find any.
