Run a search through an online company and instead of hitting search the web try to use search images. You could also search for the words 28 weeks gestation. Gestation means how far along you are so any weeks up to 40 can be searched. Always check in the images though.

Try your library, look for books geared at the stages of pregnancy, or use an online encyclopedia. If you do an Internet search on "photos of pregnancy" you will find a great number of websites showing a variety of women in all three trimesters- look for sites that mention the stages of pregnancy.
