How can I encourage my puppy to play with its litter mates?

Play more with the puppy who is anti social to encourage him. You could put a toy or chew things in with the puppies so they can have something to playfully fight over. Pick up one of the puppies and put it next to the lone puppy. Pet them at the same time or put toy between them for fun.

Try taking the puppy away from his litter mates for a while (maybe 12 hours). Then bring the puppy back to the others.

Depending on the age of the puppy socialization is very important. At first all puppies seem to keep to themselves there are some that are more dominant. Also, there are some that need alittle coaxing. If your puppy is like that alittle one on one would help.
