You're ahead already by having a female. Take her out often, especially after feeding. Notice the time when she goes and learn her schedule. Try taking her out the same time daily and two weeks or less, she'll let you know when it's time. She'll have accidents, don't scold her unless caught in the act.

The best way I found to potty train a puppy is using one of those pet taxi type things. I would put my puppy in at night. I would take her out immediately before putting her in and immediately after taking her out. Soon she got used to the routine and we were able to give up the taxi.

well do what i did i watch the lady on tv and she said to take the dog out every hour when the dog goes out side give him a peace of of chicken cook and keep doing this till he nows is a treat every time he goes out side it does work and it fast
