They have made so many mistakes that have caused suffering to the American people. The blame is never with them, hence the hearings. Housing crisis and bank crisis was caused by laws that they passed. They are not superior. Constant grandstanding is the norm. Forget facts. Term limits?

Yes it does maintain itself as a superior institution due to the premises found in the agreement. If you want arguments then look there.
