If you wait the value of it may go up if it is unopened. The more rare it is the more it worth. However the flavor probably will not improve. Liquor will only improve in taste if aged in barrels not in glass bottles.

it depends if you want to keep it as an investment, because unopend it will increase in value,but if you want to drink it, you dont want to waith, the flavour will get worse, liquor only can be preserved in barrels and not in bottles .so drink it when now
