A rinse ha no affect on your hair it temporary changes the hair color, or adds shine. A rinse coats the hair shaft, so after a few washes it comes off.

No, color rinse doesn't really affect your hair like permanant dye. The rinse usually last 4-6 weks with proper care, and then its rinsed out with washes. color rinse is really good if you like to try different color types. A certified beautician would be the best person to ask though.
