You do not need 20/20 vision. You need to meet specific standards of vision, with or without corrective lenses, to enlist. The requirements are far more stringent for pilots and flight crew.

You do not need 20/20 vision to enter the Air Force. However, to become a pilot in the Air Force, you will need to be able to correct their vision to 20/20 (i. e. glasses or contacts). Most all other positions allow individuals to enter the Air Force without 20/20 vision.

No. As long as it's correctable to 20/20 you will be fine. Now, if you want to be a pilot you WILL need 20/20 vision.

The only disqualifing factors are the types of jobs. The airforce will correct or help correct vision, you are only limited to the job placements based on lack of 20/20 vision. If you want to For example if you wanted to become a pilot in the service you would not qualify the medical requirement because of your vision.
