Does the air force test for benzos?

The air force drug panel does include Benzodiazepines, also known as benzos. The military doesn't want people depressed, or trying to counter act the effects of cocaine or other uppers operating million dollar machinery.

It depends on if you are already in the air force or if you are just joining. Usually when you join the air force they will test you for everything. Most of the time though if you do not say anything to the doctor then they will not test you for benzos.

The Air Force will give you a drug test before accepting anyone into the service. The test will be pretty thorough and there is a good chance they will find any drug that you are using that is on their list of prohibited drugs to be in your system. Your best bet is to delay having test taken.
