The best thing to do for the Air Force is to start running and getting your endurance up. Everything will be easy if you can run long distances without stopping.

You probably will get in shape physically much easier, by running, swimming, cycling, weight training, and such, than psychologically. You have to be prepared to take orders, not to take things personally, and to be strong when things get tough. It is a good character builder. Good for you.

To prepare yourself for Air Force boot camp you should work your way up to jogging at least 5 miles per day.

The best things to do are run and do lots of pushups! They work important muscles in your body that you don't usually use.
