Do guinea pigs have belly buttons?

All mammals have belly buttons so your guinea pig has one. Is that what you are describing? I don't know -- watch it and if there are any changes then you might be concerned. If you get a chance to look at another guinea pig, compare what you see.

Of course a guinea pig has a belly button but it is generally not noticeable due to the fur. Guinea pigs are mammals and all mammals have belly buttons.
