An easy stretch ring is made from elastic string, and beaded until it covers the knot. Fill a two inch string with beads, then tie it off. Cover the knot.
You may purchase a ring stretcher. I have located one on Ebay : Rathbum ring stretcher goes for around $18.50. I would recommend to have it sized by a professional jeweler.
You can stretch a ring using heat but it is hard to get a normal flame hot enough so you should take it to he jewelers to do it for you because they have the tools for it.
To make a stretch ring, a person will need the beads that will go on the ring, elastic, and rubber cement. String the ring with the beads to how you want it then tie it off and secure the knot with rubber cement.
