You can adjust your own eyeglass frames by running your bows under hot water in your sink and then gently bending the bows. Test fit to your face to see how they are fitting. You can also adjust the nose pieces with a needle nose pliers if you are careful.

Align the glasses by bending the arms. Tto make it more even, lay the glasses open on a table. Bottom of lenses and arms should all touch the surface.
