Remove the glass from the frame. If it is wood use paint remover from a hardware store. Follow manufacturers directions. You will want to make sure that you have gloves and work in a lighted room, on a protected surface. Also, make sure there is adequate ventilation, as the fumes from the product can make you ill.

you can remove a paint from s picture frame by using this equipment, cotton, alcohol. cotton for wiping the paint from the frame and alcohol is for removing the paint.
