Sega 16-bit consoles aren't being manufactured anymore, so you'll have to look in a store that sells used video games. GameStop no longer carries retro systems, so you'll have to look for some local alternatives. Check out local used CD stores and even used bookstores.

If you search hard enough, you will come across one. I think that your best bet will be to try ebay or other websites like it. You can also search stores in your area.
