Is Sega making a Dreamcast 2?

There have been rumors about Sega making a second Dreamcast, but I don't believe that any of these are true. Due to the failing sales of Dreamcast late in its life, Sega kind of gave up and moved on to different things. Dreamcast never really took off the way it was expected because of competing companies.

They should but I don't think so because they have so much competition with Sony and Microsoft that they would not be able to survive with that kind of competition.
