What can you do with a Sega video game if you don't have a Sega anymore?

The only recommendation I can give is selling it or keeping it as a collector's item. You cannot convert a Sega game to another system. In order for this to be possible, the system you are converting it to would have to have emulation software and a hardware interface to accept the game.

There isnt alot you can do with your old sega games other than play them on your old systems. There are rumours that the nintendo wii will be reproducing the old sega games for their current system. There would be no real trade in value for your old games either so just have fun and play them
