No. Xbox 360 games are burned onto a special kind of disc. They are also burned in such a way that a normal computer can not.

The only way to play burned games on Xbox 360 is if you have a modded console. Doing this mod however will result in a permanent ban from Xbox Live. I would advise against it if you plan to play your Xbox online through Live.

I think that to play backed up games on a 360 it must have a mod chip installed. Otherwise it wont be able to load the games to to anti-piracy restrictions. Also note that you are not allowed by law to copy any games you do not personally own.

Yes it is possible but illegal, because in order to play a burned game you will have to modify the operating system, and Microsoft doesn't allow this. It is also important that you own an original copy of the game aside from the burnt one.
