Can you still get a console to play Nintendo games?

Not the games but you can buy them for download on the wii for about 5 bucks each. The wii can read gamecube games.

Yes, you can still buy an original Nintendo console, although it will likely have to be used. Websites such as Ebay and Craigslist will have people who are willing to part with their old systems for reasonable prices. You can also look at Gamestop and other used video game retailers.
