Try to come up with some ideas on how you would like to help develop the community. That way if your interviewer asks your opinion, you will already have something to say about it. You will not have to make something up on the spot.

First, research as much information about the job as possible. Dress professionally even if the job will not require professional dress. Be confident in your abilities and answer the questions honestly.

Tell everything about yourself, tell mostly good things about yourself. Make up some things, but make up things that he/she can't find out that you are lying.
