Try to come up with some ideas on how you would like to help develop the community. That way if your interviewer asks your opinion, you will already have something to say about it. You will not have to make something up on the spot.
First, research as much information about the job as possible. Dress professionally even if the job will not require professional dress. Be confident in your abilities and answer the questions honestly.
As with all interviews make sure that your attire is professional and you arrive on time. Specifically for a community development make sure that you do research understand the community and the organization and come with thoughtful questions prepared.
Fist off know the facts about the community and how you would develop it to make it more appealable to outsiders, as well as the community residents, you will most likely be asked these questions throughout the interview.
Make sure you are well prepared for the interview. Make sure to dress nicely for the interview in order to make a good impression. You should have an abundance of knowledge about the job and have a passion to help that community.
