It's made with gin, Kahula, triple sec and coffee, then topped off with whipped cream. Lots of different bars will put a different amount of each liquor in the drink to give it a distinct flavor.
A typical one will consists of: 1/4oz triple sec, 1/4oz coffee liqueur, 1/2oz gin, 5oz coffee, and
1.5oz of whipped cream. Combine all the liquids and add sugar if desired. Then float the cream on top.
