spice island muffin. the recipe ingredients is:2 cups all purpus flour, 1/2 cup sugar, 2-1/2 teas of baking powder, 2 teaspoons of instant espresso coffee powder or instant coffee, 1/2 teas of salt, 1/2 teas of cinnamon, 1/4 teas nutmeg, 1 cup whole milk, 1/2 cup of butter,melted, cooled,1 egg slightly beaten, 1 teaspoon vinilla extract, 3/4 min chocolet chips.
