That depends on what state you live in. It varies from 18 to 21.

You get paid child support up to the age of nineteen as long as they are in full time education.They do stop at nineteen anyway.

Ordinarily, when a child reaches the age of eighteen (usually upon graduation from high school). payments to support the child are no longer mandatory unless a judicial order is obtained.

Traditionally, a parent is no longer required to provide child support once a child reaches the age of eighteen. However, if the child attends college, then child support would continue.

Support payment are stopped at the age of 18 years of age. Unless the child enters into college at which time the support can continue until age 21.
