I believe as long as you sign them in front of a Notary, it is 100% legal. However this may be a state law thing. So you should check with your own State Laws.

It may not be legal so the best thing to do is to find out if you can meet the people, also being cheap might make you end up spending more than you wanted to. so thy usualy are but some are legal best to double chech really and make sure.
