It doesn't mean anything at all. I always like to meet a girl's parents as soon as possible. They feel safer knowing who their daughter is going out with. And since they always like me, it gives me additional leverage over the girl if I ever needed it.

Meeting a girl's parents is a way to get to know her better. 21 days seems like a really short time to be asking this though.

There is no right or wrong time to meet somebody's parents, or to say that you love somebody. Everybody moves at a different pace. Chances are though if after 21 days he is saying that he wants to meet your parents, you wants something very serious from you and nothing less.
