NO, it doesn't mean he likes you just because he's telling you to help him decorate his place means he just needs a lady's opinion on how to make his place comfortable and elegant. Although, in a way, he might or might not have feelings for you. It depends if you start seeing changes in him means he likes you.

I would say he likes you. Guys generally don't text for that long. If he hasn't made a pass at you yet he may be boyfriend material, because it doesn't seem like he is trying to get in your pants.

You might try asking if he'd like to go to dinner. If he accepts a date he probably likes you. If he doesn't and makes up an excuse or seems put off, it means you are friends.
