Yes, liver cancer can cause jaundice. The liver loses its ability to clear bilirubin. With cancer, the first area usually affected is the whites of the eyes.

Any liver disease can cause jaundice. The jaundice or yellowing is caused by pigment in bilirubin. Bilirubin is comprised of old red blood cells. When the liver is damaged for whatever reason, it may be unable to handle the overload of old red blood cells, and the yellow pigment in the bilirubin goes into the tissues of the body.

Definitely it can. Any interference with the normal functioning of the liver can cause jaundice to develop. As cancer causes substantial interference this is definitely possible.

Yes this is one of the main traits that liver cancer causes. Liver cancer is mainly found when jaundice occurs. This happens because the liver is starting to shut down and then the chemicals that are supposed to be filtered out by the liver arent and they start to leach into the skin.
