Will blood pressure medications cause you to have chest cramps?

I am having chest cramps.

I do not think that blood pressure medications cause you to have chest cramps. It could be your diet or your body adjusting to the medicine. Call your doctor and speak with the nurse to see if you need to make an appointment. Usually they can change your medication if you think that is what it is.
