This could be a number of reasons. If you have a OBD 2 reader this could pin point your problems. Otherwise it is best to have a mechanic overlook it.

You may need to replace your spark plugs. It is possible that a tune up is needed. The tune up will recharge the engine so to say, and allow it to run and shift much more smoothly. Also check to see if oil is low or needs to be changed.

your Town and Country might be stalling and losing power because of two things. 1 either you have a bad catalytic converter, or 2 your throttle position sensor is bad. When your catilic converter is bad its because its clogged, and wont let the exhaust flow freely. in turn bogging down your motor.

There are many reasons for this. 1)You bought bad gas, simple fix, buy gasoline/injection cleaner. 2)Your fuel filter needs changed. 3) You could have fouled spark plugs, this means that you need to have your spark plugs replaced.

Your Town and Country most likely has dirt or grime floating around the bottom of the gas tank. You can purchase a cleanser at any auto parts store.

It's a ford! They all do that. Especially if it's old and needs plugs, gas, belts, gaskets, brakes or a paint job. Wait! If its older than two years and has good tires, new wiper blades will solve everything. Unless you're an ugly soccer mom in which case there is no fix.

Without knowing the car service record it is hard to say. It could be related to a timing issue. You may have a issue with the fuel delivery system.

Check you oil and see if it needs to be changed. For better results, have your mechanic take a loot at it.
