It could be many things, but any amount of blood from a guinea pig is dangerous since they are so small. Take your pet to an exotics vet (who specialises in rodents, not an ordinary cat/dog vet) or emergency clinic as soon as possible for a proper check up and prognosis.

Could be she hurt herself scratching. Maybe a piece of bedding got inhaled. Might be a vitamin k deficiency, give fresh green veggies. Less likely a tumor.

This sounds REALLY serious - guinea pig nosebleeds are not common or normal. Any blood loss from an animal that small is a big deal. You need to take your guinea pig to a qualified exotics vet (who specialises in rodents) or an emergency veteriinary clinic AS SOON AS POSSIBLE for a proper diagnosis and treatment.

You can only find out for sure if you take your pet to a trained EXOTICS vet (i. e. one who specializes in rodents, not a normal cat/dog vet). Guinea pigs do not normally bleed from the nose and this is most likely fatal if you do not treat it IMMEDIATELY.

Blood loss in a small animal is VERY SERIOUS. Take him to an exotics vet who specializes in rodents for a checkup or to the nearest Vet Emergency Clinic ASAP.
